SCHOLARSHIP FOR SUCCESS
In May of 2026 the Sutherlin Eagles Scholarship for Success program awarded 5 Douglas County students with $1,500 scholarships each. This is the 5th year that the Sutherlin Eagles has awarded these scholarships. To see who the scholarship winners are please click on the Scholarship page. It is with the help of all of our members that buy raffle tickets and bid on scholarship auction items that we are able to award these scholarships. With oversight by Lisa Martin, the donation of items from our membes and the charitable donations we receive throughout the year, we are thrilled to contribute to the development of our youth!
2024 - 2025 Eagles Annual Volunteer Report (EVR) Results
In 2024-2025 (June 1 to May 31) the members of the Sutherlin Eagles successfully reported $380,553.89 in volunteer time. This is the result of our members completing the Eagles Volunteer Report which is given to the FOE of Oregon State. The state converts the hours and the miles into a cash equivalent value. Our volunteer also provides us a deferrment on property taxes with the state of Oregon. Thank you members for your continued tracking of your volunteer ours. The EVR is available on this website, inside the 2nd door at the Eagles, and it is published in the newsletter monthly!
